Yes, you can believe the press! The real estate market is starting to recover! Last week, two of my three sales were on homes with multiple offers, which means prices are finally where the buyers are seeing the value. If you check November's home sale stats , notice the number of active listings compared to June when our market started to correct itself. Its easy to see why homes are selling again.... Inventory is down, prices are down, and interest rates are down. Normally this is a slow time of year, but this holiday season is definitely an exception. If you’re thinking of selling, you don’t have a lot of competition right now and buyers are jumping all over nice new listings as long as they show well and are priced correctly.
